I thought I was going to edit movies when I was a kid - but it turns out the enjoyment I found in the way all the different tools worked together and the technical problem solving you had to do actually meant I’d end up liking endlessly tinkering with automation platforms and other technical tools.
(I also wonder if spending way too many hours in the AND/IF/OR party AI customisation systems in Final Fantasy XII as a kid got my journey off to a start as well…)
I’ve been in Marketing Automation for about 4 years now, and a further 2 years of Digital Marketing experience before that.
Adobe Campaign and Marketo are what I’m most familiar with, but I’m yet to meet a platform I can’t sink my teeth into.
